Free assessment

How is your marriage, really?

Quick answer

This free assessment reviews nine areas of marriage — communication, conflict, connection, trust, intimacy, forgiveness, money, family and spiritual life — in about five minutes. It is not a psychological test or a diagnosis: it points to your strengths and where to begin.

Eighteen statements across nine areas. Answer with what actually happens, not what you wish happened: the result is only useful if it is honest. There are no right answers and nobody else will see it.

Communication

When we discuss something important, I feel understood before they respond.

We can raise hard topics without it ending badly.

Conflict

When we argue, one of us manages to lower the temperature before it escalates.

After a fight we come back to the topic and close it.

Emotional connection

We talk about us, not only logistics, kids or tasks.

When something important happens, my spouse is the first person I want to tell.

Trust

I trust what they tell me, even when I cannot verify it.

I feel no need to check their phone or verify where they were.

Intimacy

We can talk about our intimacy without either of us feeling accused.

There is everyday physical contact between us, beyond the sexual.

Forgiveness

When one of us is wrong, they apologize genuinely and not just to lower tension.

Past issues do not resurface in every argument.

Money

We both know what comes in, what goes out and what we owe.

We can talk about money without it ending in blame.

Family and boundaries

Our decisions are ours, without extended family deciding them.

We agree on what gets shared with our families and what does not.

Shared spiritual life

We have some spiritual moment we do together, not separately.

We can talk about faith without it turning into a complaint.

One last question

Is there anything in your relationship that makes you feel afraid? For example aggression, threats, or control over what you do or who you talk to.

The calculation happens in your browser. Answers are never sent to a server.

Frequently asked questions

Is this a psychological test?

No. It does not measure personality, does not diagnose, and does not predict whether a marriage will last. It is an orderly way to look at nine areas at once and see which one needs attention first. A professional can do a real evaluation; this is a starting point.

Do I have to sign up to see my result?

No. The result appears when you finish, on the same screen, with no email and no sign-up.

Are my answers stored?

They are never sent to a server. The whole calculation happens in your browser and the answers disappear when you close the page.

Can I do it alone or do we both need to?

You can do it alone and it is useful that way. Doing it separately and comparing afterwards is often even more revealing, especially when the two results do not match.

What if the result comes out badly?

A low result does not mean the marriage is over: it means an area has gone without attention for a while. And if fear shows up in the relationship, the recommendation is not a journey or an app, it is getting help.
